Paris Hilton got engaged over the New Year's Eve weekend with a ring worthy of an heiress.
Paris Hilton’s engagement ring has been the talk of social media worldwide. And for good reason. The 20-carat pear-shaped stunner is set in the halo style with pavé diamonds around it. Her fiancé, Leftovers actor Chris Zylka, proposed to the hotel heiress and DJ during a ski trip to Aspen, Colorado, over the weekend. Designed by celebrity designer Michael Greene, it is worth a whopping $2 million.
Paris took to Instagram to announce the news. Chris was inspired by a pear-shaped ring of Hilton’s mother that is said to be a favourite of Paris’s. Greene said Hilton personally called him on the phone following the romantic proposal to let him know the piece was exactly what she wanted, a "dream ring."
